She died on 11/12/1841 in Gravel Switch, Kentucky. She was buried in 1841 in Old Union Church Cemetery, Perryville, Boyle Co., Kentucky.

HAPPENINGS IN COUNTIES ADJOINING MARION COUNTY
Nathan Pipes, one of the well known and highly respected citizens of Boyle
County, was painfully burned at his home four miles from Perryville last
week. While he was building a fire, in some way he fell forward and his arm
and face came in contact with the grate and were painfully, though not
dangerously, burned.18

The two known children of Nathan Waters3 Pipes (186) and Keziah Brand (146) both born in Boyle Co., Kentucky, were as follows:

31. Alfred Warden3 Pipes (187) (Nathaniel2, Mary1 Morris) was born on 2/19/1828 in Mercer Co., Kentucky. He married Rachel Brand (147), daughter of James Brand (322), on 3/11/1856 in Boyle Co., Kentucky.34 He died on 6/22/1885 in Clay Co., Missouri, at age 57; Alfred's heirs and wife sell property that belonged to him in Boyle Co. Kentucky in 1887 where he is mentioned as deceased.34 He was buried on 6/23/1885 in Mt. Gilead Cemetery, Clay Co., Missouri.34
He is listed in a short Bio in a History of Clay Co. Missouri and it lists his seven children. Two names that don't match are Mary L and Lizzie M. Alfred Warden (A.W.) Pipes was born in Mercer County and lived near Mitchellsburg, taught School and was a postmaster at Mitchellsburg unbtil 1855 when he removed to Missouri and Kansas. He returned to Kentucky and in 1856 married Rachel Brand, a sister to Keziah Brand who married A.W's brother Nathan Waters Pipes. A.W. secured the farm formerly owned by his father Nathaniel from the executors of Nathaniels Estate in 1873. In 1882 he sold out and renmoved to Denton Co. Texas, but being unsatisfied there, he removed again to Clay County, Missouri.
A.W's name appears on countless deeds and courthouse records as he engaged in buying and selling land and pursued farming and livestock where ever he lived.
He is in the 1850 Census of Boyle Co. in the home of his father Nathaniel.
He is listed in the 1860 Slave Schedules with 3 female slaves in Marion County.
In 1870 he is in the Haysville area in Marion Co.
In the early 1880s he removed to Texas and then to Clay County, Missouri.

His death notice appeared in a local (Montana) newspaper, "The Butte Miner" on November 29th and 30th, 1910.

He was buried on 12/1/1910 in Mt Moriah Cemetery, Butte, Silver Bow Co., Montana.

Unless there were miscarriages or infant deaths ( A certain possibility) then the date of 1849 is in doubt.2,45 He died on 8/18/1879 in Sullivan Co., Missouri.46 He was buried on 8/21/1879 in Deep Springs Cemetery, Cora, Sullivan Co., Missouri.45

All of Morris' other known sons were born after 1840. John F. married Isabella Nash in Marion Co. in Oct., 1853 and his birth is given as 1828 in Marion Co. There are no other possibilities for his father to be other than Morris Pipes. William already had a son (1824) named John and Nathaniel had a daughter in that year.
In 1850, he ( John F.) is living in Bourbon Co., working on a farm, age 21, listed as John T. Piper in the census index.
In 1860, John F. and Isabella are living in Dallas, Texas with 3 children. In 1870 Isabella is remarried to J. N. Jones in Dallas and her three children are with her. It is not known at this point if John F. died or left the marriage under other circunstances. I suspect he died in the Civil War, but have no records of that event.

55. Mary Elizabeth ( Betsy)3 Pipes (1632) (Morris2, Mary1 Morris). An E Mail from Karen Fowler Caldwell in Jan 2000, gives the dates for the birth, marriage and death for Mary Elizabeth Pipes Morgan. The info is from a chart prepared by Melvan Bernard Morgan ( 1910-1936) a grandson of Mary Elizabeth.16,18 She married Samuel S. Morgan (4371) on 8/21/1854 in Kentucky.18

The only known child of Mary Elizabeth ( Betsy)3 Pipes (1632) and Samuel S. Morgan (4371) was:

56. Martha3 Pipes (1633) (Morris2, Mary1 Morris) was born on 1/20/1834 in Marion Co., Kentucky.53 She married John P. Howard (2242). She died on 1/22/1924 in Marion Twp., Velpen, Pike Co., Indiana, at age 90.53

The two known children of Martha3 Pipes (1633) and John P. Howard (2242) were as follows:

57. Elias Hardin3 Pipes (307) (Morris2, Mary1 Morris) was born on 9/23/1837 in Marion Co., Kentucky. He married Victoria Ann Hourigan (1637), daughter of David Hourigan (6944) and Ann Lawrence (6945), circa 1858.1 He died on 12/12/1905 in Perryville, Kentucky, at age 68.54
In the 1880 Census, Elias is living in Casey County, Ky with profession listed as Lumber Manufacturing. Next door is his brotherLevi Allen and family.39
